The Spa Experience

Editor's Note:
Wouldn't you love to spend the day (or the week) feeling pampered, luxuriating at a spa? For some of us, the idea of having our stress and tensions massaged away is just a dream. For others, it's a routine. With the exhorbitant costs of some spas, only the rich and famous can afford such a getaway. But there are day spas, which for a hundred bucks or so, will offer a "day of beauty" - facial, massage, seaweed or mud treatment, manicure and pedicure, and makeover - which can rejuvenate even the most weary of women. For a little while, at least. I like to hop to my local Clarins counter for a spritz of Eau Dynamisante and perhaps a neck rub with their wonderful Lait Jambes Lourdes Energizing Emulsion. If I am feeling really stressed, I go for a makeover too. And unless I succumb to purchasing something, it's all FREE!
