Seems that every year when Valentine's Day comes around, I spend time bitching about how much money the florists and Hallmark make from the romantic saps of the world. But that's because I never had one of my own. A romantic sap, that is. At least, not someone who wanted to trade symbols of affection with me on this holiday.
For once, I won't be complaining...well, not about that.
This year is very different. I am breathlessly in love with the most wonderful man on Earth. That alone will make this holiday special this year, regardless of any exchange of lacy chocolate-filled hearts and sentiment-filled cards. Ah! love.
I guess you have gathered that this month's theme is Valentine's Day, and of course, romance. "GAG" you say? Oh come on now! Surely you can find something good to say about the warm fuzzy feelings that being with the one you love on a special day brings. Ok, read the issue anyway. :)
