I had been hearing about Feng Shui (pronounced "fong shway") for the past few years, and always assumed it was some weirdo New Age interior decorator's technique. After starting my new job and appraising my new workspace, I recalled something about not being able to see the door from one's workspace being "bad" Feng Shui. As I now experienced this problem, I decided to look into it a bit to see if this was indeed true. What I found was a very complex philosophy of harmony in nature, very interesting and involved. I know I will only begin to skim the surface here, but have provided links to more in-depth Web sites so the curious may feed their desire for additional knowledge.
